Here’s another in the Vic Vac Halloween series, originally published in the St. Louis Globe-Democrat on 10-28-1962. The painting is loaded with comic detail, notable is the ghost pushing up the moon to clear the way to move the Haunted House to a new location. There’s a steam locomotive, a tractor with extra wide tread and an old streetcar! The streetcars might still have been running in St. Louis in 1962!
